I am using Centos 5.7 on my computer while my clients are still using Microsoft Windows XP. I want to bring the Sendmail and Outlook together. Is this possible? Any help is highly appreciated.

Yes, it is possible to merge sendmail and oulook together but you will be needing IMAP or pop3 program installed in your computer. You also need to edit ETC/MAIL/ACCESS/ to include the machines you want to relay for and then for the domains to be included in the domains you can relay for just edit ETCH/MAIL/RELAY.
It is very important being an open relay because you will end up being harassed by email from other people. This is all you need to do to be able to merge Sendmail and outlook together. I'll be glad if you let me know that this solution help you fix your problem.
