In order to successfully pass the esteemed MCSE examination you need to have both theoretical and practical knowledge about networks, servers and other topics in the curriculum.
Find the theory notes and tutorials here :-
But you cannot gain practical knowledge from video tutorials at home as you need work on devices to have practical knowledge so for that purpose consider joining some training program.
