A low voice while on call using iPhone 5s

Hi, Recently I have switched from iPhone 4s to iPhone 5s. I have iOS 7.0.2 version installed. Everything works great except I am facing some voice related issues. When I get a call if I use speaker phone, I can hear the voice clearly. But otherwise with ear-speaker the voice is very low and I hardly able to hear. I have tried to see if there is something got stuck in the speaker but everything looks fine. Does anybody face the same issue? What could be the problem? Any help in this regard is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Louis,

1)   Remove the back plastic protector which is in join to your iphone.

2)   Otherwise Problem may be due to Plain silicon enclosure,  if this portions are ok then , please check the Settings – general – reset – reset network settings.

But this is only a temporary fix. If it not works then this is a problem with the noise canceling system so please call Apple at 800-MY-APPLE.
