When creating or editing new forms in Lotus Turbo I get the following error message:

"X Error Loading Data- The Data is not Available. Contact your System Administrator."

I am able to process the old form but I can’t edit them into new ones. Please help me get rid of this problem. Thanks.

Check the version of the forms you are loading if they are still compatible with the current version of Lotus Turbo that you are using. If the forms are created using an older version of the application then that’s why it can’t be loaded and edited with the version you are using.

But if there is no compatibility problem, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application to fix any corrupted files in the installation and to restore its settings back to default including some of the settings that you might have customized.

You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit or Norton Utilities.

Any errors in the file system of the hard drive can cause applications to function differently and cause some installations to go wrong that sometimes lead to an incomplete installation.
