Lotus Notes error of wrong logging in ID

Hello,

It seems like my account in Lotus Notes is used elsewhere. I’m not logged nowhere and I don’t know why this error appears. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? How can I log in or log out ?

The ID File is in use elsewhere and cannot be modified

Lotus Notes error of wrong logging in ID

Hello,

Fix for this issue has not arrived yet and still under investigation, but there is a workaround provided already, you can use that and continue your work.

1. Go to user preferences and turn off the option ” Lock id after xx minutes”

2. Do not lock your computer using ctrl+f5 or f5.

3. Use only single login to your lotus notes and windows credentials, so instead of locking lotus notes, lock your windows in case you have to leave it unattended.
