I am told that if I were to configure my business email on my PC utilizing BES, whatsoever web pages that are wedged here will affect as well to my own computer.
Is this true?
Also, do I have to use BES to arrange my emailing tasks utilizing lotus notes?

Apparently it is True that it will affect some web pages when using BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server).
As per compatibility matrix release by BES to Lotus release last December 16, 2011 study shows that Mail Server IBM Lotus Domino v8.0.0 Version 5.0.3 and 5.0.2 categorized as LS = Limited Support.

It means a supported environment but not fully accessed the impact of configuration. A support information for BES to Notes/Domino stated also that;
-Lotus Notes/Domino 8.0, or any 8.0 templates, will not be supported in any BlackBerry Enterprise Server version prior to 4.1.5. Also, Notes and Domino 8.0 will not be supported in any BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0.x version.
Which means it's much more recommend to use your Lotus in arranging emails than using BES .
