Lotus Database security in interrupted

My question is very small but I want brief and complete answers please.

The problem is that are there  any ways to find the total numbers of users that are using the specific Lotus notes database at specific timing?  

Is this any particular measure that can I use in the notes or any command that can restrict the other to use the Lotus?

Please tell me ASAP.

Lotus Database security in interrupted

The Lotus same time may help you in telling who is online at a particular time. You can be able to do this when you are logged in and thus you are able to view documents with the names of people online. From this I guess you can tell the number of users of a particular Lotus notes database at a specific time.

To restrict another person's use you may use the Lotus Dominion Designer 7.0 which has enhanced online strictness. Use the Dominion Access for Microsoft outlook it has many features that you may use to apply any particular command you want it to do for you for example calendar, address book and scheduling functions which can help you in setting up user security.

In this you can even get to change your password there restricting others.
