Hello and Good day!

Can you please guide me, We're interested in getting more talents and would like to evaluate potential employees' soft skills in order to see if they will be good to our company. Are there software tools that can be purchase to will help us assess job applicants' personalities and capability to deal with stress and interact well with others?
