Am working on sales management system this day for my graduation project, and I wonder if Anyone can suggest me good sales management system open source. For sure it has to perform and support basic and advanced management operations, like enable multiple sales agents to follow/track leads.

What you are looking for is usually a sub module Customer Relations Management (CRM) .There are several open source systems that are available to help track sales and sales agents such include SugarCrm, OpenCRX, EPESI. However, for your schools project I recommend you go with the one you are familiar with the language used.
