Can someone suggest me some avaya phone tricks to avoid calls as I work in a call centre and it is too tiring. Can someone please help me?

- Try putting your status on unavailable for sometime and then back to available to push yourself to the back of the pack for the next calls.
- Sometimes customers don’t hang up the call and leave it, so just stay online. This will buy you some extra time for sure without any effort.
- Taking some small breaks before and after official breaks sleep helps.
