Looking for dvd rewritable software supporting buffer underrun

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a Free and Legal to use DVD re-writable software that can also burn or create ISO images. I need one that can support the buffer under run or buffer underflow technology too and ensure high quality recording. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.
