Locating the Windows 8 Pro timebomb

 

Hi Brian Timothyy,

 

There are a lot of ways of checking the Expiry Date of Windows OS. You can try any of the below methods.

 

 

Open Command Prompt and type the below commands.

1. 'slmgr.vbs /dli' or 'slmgr.vbs –dli' – Will display Complete details about the License
2. 'slmgr /dli' – Will show current license Information
3. 'slmgr /dlv' – Will show detailed information of current license
4. slmgr /xpr – Will show expiration date of current license

Or You can use the below method

 

Press Windows Key+R(run) and enter 'winver' and hit OK. This will show the license agreement as shown below.

 

 

The given methods will work in every version of Windows.
