Both of the smartphones are awesome but there is a little bit difference between them.
The first of all, their hardware specification is a big fact. LG G4 comes with 1.82 GHz and 1.44 GHz processor flavor where Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with 1.5 GHz and 2.1 GHz processors. This is a big fact that Galaxy S6 is faster than LG G4.
RAM space is same in both case. Both is with 3GB RAM, perfect for heavy usage.
In Android OS, LG G4 is with Android 5.1 and Galaxy S6 is with Android 5.0.2. Here, LG G4 is at a little bit advantage.
