Hi,

My Internet Security program is not working fine. It is not fixing threats as it used to. I get pop-ups with error “Legal software can be used by criminals for damaging your computer or personal data”.

My computer freezes when I take screen shots and my computer’s performance is degrading, please help.

Hello Jiim,

I think the problem may arise due to maybe an out-of-date application or obsolete database for the application. The computer performance is degrading due to the issues faced in the Kaspersky anti-virus. Try to upgrade the application setup and check to see that all security settings in the application are set. If the problem exists, try to remove the entire application by uninstalling and then run the setup again to see if the problem is solved. If the problem still exists, try to contact Kaspersky lab for some tips.
