Hi. To learn how to copy a screenshot, make sure that the file of which the screenshot is to be taken is open. Then, press the PrntScr key from the keyboard to capture the image. Then, as soon as the screenshot is taken, open the Word document where the image needs to be pasted. Then, click on the paste option.
A screenshot of the active Window can also be taken by holding the Alt key while pressing the PrntScr key. The screenshot can also be resized from its corners. The screenshot can also be pasted in Paint and then saved by clicking on the file menu, saving the file by typing a name for it and selecting its location. Snipping tool too is an option for capturing the screenshot.
