Hi. To learn how to make changes in PDF file, first convert the PDF to a Word file. Open the file from the file menu and then browse the PDF file which needs to be converted. Then, open the PDF and click on open option. Then, edit it and then convert it to PDF again. However, after the conversion to Word gets done, you will find some misalignment in the page with respect to the formatting done. The PDF file can be edited using an online PDF converter as well. All that needs to be done is to import the PDF file in the converter in an Office file format, make changes and save it back in the PDF format. Hope we helped.
