I have been facing this one problem of the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered some error. As it happens the whole I am really fed up. Please help. Reply ASAP.
This is a common thing faced by a huge number of people in day to day while working in their computers. First best way to solve this issue is to troubleshoot whatever error you get. Try undoing all the changes you made before getting this kind of error if possible. One cause which is very common for unexpected restarting of your computer is the heating up problem. Therefore make sure that your laptop fan is cleaned every year. Get your laptop serviced in the service center at regular intervals. Hope this helps.
I’m not sure what operating system you are installing but that error happened to me once during setup. That error happens when you are installing Microsoft Windows and then the computer restarted suddenly. The cause can be from the hardware or just by accident. To try installing again, just follow the instructions then install Windows again. See if it works.
If the problem came back, try deleting the partition where Windows will be installed. To do this, restart the installation then when you are prompted to select which partition to install, select the first partition if you have more than one partition then delete it. Once the partition is deleted, create a new one and perform a full format using NTFS.
Then follow the normal process of installing the operating system.
