You can configure the indexing options correctly by performing these steps:
- First, exit from Outlook.
- Then, open the Indexing Options.
- In the Indexing Optionswindow, select Advanced.
- After that, click File Types.
- Then, scroll down till msgin the Extension
- Select msg.
- Just ensure that the Index Properties and File Contentschoice is enabled.
- Select OK.
- Finally, select Close.
