1. Open outlook, go to email folder list, and click Deleted Items.
2. After finding the message, right-click on it, and then expand Move and select Other Folder.                                                                    
3. To move that message to your inbox folder, choose Inbox, and just click OK.
4. You can also recover other items, by any of the following:
   • If you wish to recover a calendar item, then right-click on it, and click Move>> Other Folder >> Calendar.
   • For recovering a contact, right-click on it, and select Move, then Other Folderand select Contacts.
   • For recovering a task, just right-click on the task, and expand Move>> Other Folder >> Tasks.
