Hi friends,

When I try to open the Microsoft System Attendant Mailbox, I ended up with an error message. It gives option for help but nothing worked out. Is there any configuration error? Do I need to change any settings? Please guide to fix the problem. Your help is really great. Thanks.

 

Cannot open mailbox/0-HEW Org/ou=Exchange

Administrative Group

(FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=MBX1/cn= Microsoft System Attendant.

The error may cause the update issue or proxy between exchange 2013 and 2010 is not working for outlook anywhere. To fix this problem I recommend you to follow some steps. 

You have to install the Hotfix on Outlook client side to see if this is the cause of this issue. If the problem is with only migrated mailbox then you have to create a new exchange 2013 mailbox with full excess permission. It must be working fine.
