Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Entered activation code is incorrect.

I want your help. Why is it telling me the "code is incorrect" when I have checked it several times and I just copy and paste it to the field?

What could it be when the numbers and letters are all the same as the given code?

The entered activation code is incorrect. Please check the correctness of code entry.

Hello,

This is very odd especially since you mentioned that you're trying to copy and paste it but If you're having problems activating Kaspersky, try to check first if the code you're trying to paste is the license code because sometimes it could only be an invoice number.

Also, where are you copying the code from? If that's from your email then it should work fine but if you just got the code from some where else then it could be a wrong code. You might also try to remove your anti-virus software and try to reinstall it again. If same thing happens after you do that, then you may need to call their hotline so that they can generate a new one for you.

Hello Dean,

The error that you're getting occurs when you mistype the activation code. You will need to ensure that you type the activation in Latin letters ONLY without the hyphen. The program will then calculate the number of entered symbols and automatically insert the necessary hyphens.

Once you have done as stated above, you will click OK and then enter the activation code once again. That should resolve the issue.

Hi Dean,

I have understood your problem. You can't be registered with your Kaspersky Antivirus. At first check and double check the issue that you are entering a valid license key. If you got this code from your product box or via email, then there is no doubt that this is ok. But if from any website or anywhere, then you are entering an invalid or unnecessary license key. This will not work properly.
