ITunes won’t open due to error code 7 (windows error 193)

I downloaded the latest iTunes available on the official Apple website. After I installed it, it said "iTunes was not installed properly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 193)". I tried reinstalling iTunes but still it displays the same error. How can I fix this problem? Is it a Windows related error or iTunes related?

ITunes won’t open due to error code 7 (windows error 193)

It is a very long procedure so follow the procedure as below.
ITunes, QuickTime and Mobile Me From the control panel and uninstall them from there.
Find Bonjour, Apple, iTunes, iPod, QuickTime and Quick Time VR folder from the program files where you install your window and delete them.
Reinstall the Apple iTunes and it is done.
