iTunes is providing the error message which you can see in the below attached image. it can not store software again.

You can try these steps below to resolve it and you need to be logged in as an administrator to perform these:
1.   Download the latest version of iTunes.
2.   Make sure that your operating system is up to date.
3.   If you have other USB devices plugged into your computer, disconnect them.
4.   Try to check your security settings as well.
5.   Restart your computer.
