Hi Experts,

When I select items in the item master in Vault Professional I get this error message, does anyone know why this might be appearing and how to resolve this issue?

Hello Johnnie, If you select items in the item master in Vault Professional you are getting this error message. Now to fix this problem you have to try to delete or rename the file WorkingFolders.xml on your work station. You usually find this file under :

C:Users[YourUserID]AppDataRoamingAutodeskVaultCommonServersServices_Security_6_29_2011localhostVaults<YourVault>Objects. Just delete the file to get rid of this problem. Thank you.
