Is it possible to synchronize QuickBooks and Gmail?

I’m new to computers and don’t know much so I was wondering if it is possible to synchronize Quick Books and Gmail. If it is possible, then tell me how to achieve this. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Yes dear,
You can easily synchronize QuickBooks and Gmail. But the processes depend on which type of device you are using and which type of data you want to synchronize. If you use application then you need to enable your domain for Gmail. Hi Heather,

Good Day! Hope you were able to get the answer of this question that you posted here. Just would like to add that GMAIL is a Webmail system while QuickBooks is an accounting software. I would presume that what you are trying to synchronize here is your emailing capability to send Invoices or letters or quotes to your customers. To answer your question, yes, it is very possible. Check steps below to achieve this.

1. Click Edit
2. Go to Preferences.
3. Look for Send Forms from the list on the left of the page.
4. Enter Email and password.
5. Select GMAIL as the server.
6. Click OK – try sending invoices or letters.
