Is it possible to convert skp to mdb format

I have a three dimensional design in skp format, I need to get the measures of the design into a Microsoft Access Database file Is it possible ? Is it possible to convert skp to mdb format that will take the measures data from skp files and saves it to access database. If there is any tool for that please advice. Thanks
