Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased HP Slate 7 with Voice service.

It is working fine, but facing some issues with voice calls. During the call I am not able to hear the voice properly. When I try to insert the SIM card, I have to take out the back panel and it is taking a long time. The device is getting heated very easily. All these problems look common but not sure how to fix it.

Please help me find a way to resolve these issues. Thanks in advance!

Your HP slate 7 heating problem may be running many application at same time. You should stop all running application and restart your slate.
For problem in you voice you should turn off your slate and then remove SIM and insert once again. Then check the voice.
If the problem occurs once again then it can be problem with speaker or microphone. Or it can be hardware issue.
These issues are common in these devices so contact your service center for better solution.
