Issue on running Photoshop CS3 Lasso Tool

I have a new PC that runs Windows Vista. I am having a problem using PhotoShop CS3. To be more specific, when pressing the Alt key for 5 seconds, the lasso tool automatically goes up. It’s a waste of time especially when I am busy concentrating on etching. This also happens when pressing the mouse button for the same length of time. How can I fix it?

Your new PC have been running with Windows Vista.But you have the problem to adjust the PhotoShop CS3 with this operating system.You shouldn't click on ALT key that your PhotoShop CS3 could keep stay a long time for be wait.Don't bother yourself until you have the perfect attitude to demonstrate the legal key operate while you were busy.You should to find out whether your computer has any type of fixation problems.Let you surf again with your browser and navigate it.Do you have got an error message?Either if you don't have best result you don't.
