Is There Any Way To Stop 2 Runtime Brokers (processes) From Consuming Disk Space?

You can kill the 2 runtime brokers using the task manager.
Method 1
a. Press Ctrl + Shift + Escape on your keyboard.
b. Locate the Runtime broker.
c. Right-click on it.
d. Click on End task.

Method 2

If you use Cortana reminders, I will suggest you not to try this method.

1. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
2. Type Regedit and press enter.
3. GO to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/ServicesTimeBroker.   
4. Double click on Start.
5. In the Dword value, type – 00000004.
6. Save the changes.
7. Restart your device.

If you still face the issue, try this –

Method 3

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Privacy.
3. Open the Background apps task.

1. Turn it off.
2. Your error should be gone.
