I got the following error from iPhoto while trying to open a file. Any ideas?
The file “RPOP-2010-11-1924.DNG” could not be opened.
It may be damaged or use a file format that preview doesn’t recognize
Hello Jose! I think you have got a nice problem with iPhoto.
The file that is giving you pain in in the format of DNG. It is an Adobe Digital Negative Raw Image file. It means, it is simply a raw file.
Although it is a raw file, it can be used again to preview. You can use this converter created by Adobe for converting DNG file in you Mac.
Convert the file using the converter with any popular file format that iPhoto supports. Hope it will be now visible to you.
