Hi Coshaun James,

I am sorry to hear that you're faced with this problem, I have just the solution for you. Please follow the simple steps listed below:

1. In iTunes, right click the Apple Mobile Device entry in Device Manager and choose Update Driver Software.

2. Select "Browse my computer for driver software."

3. Now select " Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer."

4. Select the Have Disk Button. If this is not present choose either Mobile Phone or Storage Device and then click next, this   should let the Have Disk Button appear.

5. Click the browse button and go to C: Program Files Common Files Apple Mobile Device Support Drivers.

6. Double click the "usbaapl" file.

7. Click, Open in the Have Disk window. Click next and then click finish. The driver will be installed by Windows.

This should solve the problem you are facing.

That probably happens because you are not using the latest iTunes. Try synchronizing your phone using the latest version of iTunes. Go to Revo Uninstaller Freeware and download the free version. Once installed, launch Revo Uninstaller, select iTunes from the list, and click “Uninstall.” Follow the instructions to remove the program. Once the normal uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftovers.

Click “Select all” then “Delete” to delete all items found. When all items have been deleted, close Revo Uninstaller then restart your computer. After this, go to CCleaner Free Download and download the free version. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. When it is finished, close CCleaner then go to Apple iTunes and download the latest.

Once installed, start iTunes then connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable. See if your device appears in iTunes. Select your device then synchronize your phone again. If you want to convert CCleaner to Pro, download the codes and follow the instructions.
