IPhone sync problem with new problem

Hello,

I had an old I-phone which was perfectly synchronizing with my old laptop. Recently I have to buy a new laptop since my old laptop was damaged and it was un-repairable. I have heard from different sources that should I connect it the new laptop with my old I-phone I will lose my I-phone data.

Is there a way to save the data and then sync it with the laptop PC.

Kindly help me on this problem.

Hello Dixon,

Well to sync your iPhone with your laptop you need to have iTunes. You have an account on iTunes which lets the phone to sync with the PC. Once you have a new laptop, all you need to do is to get the latest version of iTunes installed on your pc and then connect the iPhone with the PC. ITunes will detect the phone and when you login to your account on ITunes, you will be able to get all your data copied to laptop without any worry.

Mind you that the phone gets sync with laptop via iTunes. So its not laptop dependent but its iTunes account dependent.

You can get your phone sync with multiple PCs at a time as well.

So worry not and go ahead with the sync process.

Have a good day!
