Hi, I am having an issue with my iPhone’s battery. The problem is that the battery does not charge fully to 100% even with the Wi-Fi turned off. Before, I could charge it to 100% with the Wi-Fi off but I don’t get what is wrong with it nowadays. I am unsure whether it has something to do with Wi-Fi at all or even the iCloud backup. Please help me solve this problem.

The reason as to why your iphone battery is not charging up to 100% may be because of the following:

If lifespan is coming to an end. If that is the case, then it will mean that you replace the battery. You can gauge the lifespan of the battery from the period that you have been using it.

The other reason as to why the iphone battery may not be charging fully is because you are charging it when the device still has a lot of charge. It is normally advised that you use the iphone or  any other rechargeable device till the charge gets used completely or alerts you to connect the charge so as to improve the lifespan of the battery.
