IPhone 4S back up and Restoration

What are the things that I need to do in order for me to back up my Files from my iPhone 4S? Also, can you please assist me on how to do Restoration using iTunes?

IPhone 4S back up and Restoration

Hi there!  Back up is very important so your files can be restored if you lost it.  By default your iPhone will automatically sync and create a backup each time your iPhone is connected to your computer and if you want manual back up you can do that also.  Try this, Plug your iPhone into your computer, Launch iTunes, Select your iPhone in the ‘DEVICES’ list, Right-Click on your iPhone, Select “Back Up” AND Wait for iPhone backup to complete.

IPhone 4S back up and Restoration

Hi,

 

It's easy for some Smartphones to back up there file and phone book numbers. But IPhones are much time consuming because you need to sync the file to you iPhone well that's the only way to transfer your data.i use android.android is more user friendly to its data file just plug and play with a USB device.

IPhone 4S back up and Restoration

Hello Maehomebaseworks,

 

Another alternative of backing up your iPhone is to use iCloud. iCloud lets you backup almost everything on an allocated storage space from Apple's servers. Some things that you can backup using iCloud are:

• Your Email messages
• Contacts
• Calendar Entries
• Reminders
• Notes
• Photos

 

To access iCloud:

• Tap Settings from your Home screen 
• From Settings, Look for iCloud
• Within the iCloud page, you can choose to turn ON/OFF the stuff that can be backed up from your phone.

To restore:

• From Setup Assistant select Restore from iCloud backup.
• Enter your login credentials for iCloud.
• You will be shown with the backup that you can restore, Just choose from the list.
