Hello,

iPhone 4 support m4v, mov file formats and it also supports aax, aiff and mpeg4 file format.

MOV is a video file format. We can save movies and videos. It has a lot of tracks. In each track we will store unique type of information such as text, audio, video. Apple is created this .mov file format.

M4V format is also used for video.

AIFF is audio file format. It is used for save the sound data. AIFF means Audio Interchange File Format.  AIFF is a high quality standard one.

MPEG-4 file format used for video, audio.

It certainly helps to you. Thanks.
