INTERNET CONNECTION NOT AVAILABLE ERROR

Hello everybody,

I am using a phone to connect to the internet, it is quite slow but it’s ok for me, I need very basic internet anyway.

My Problem is, sometimes when I connect to the internet the network just disappears and I get the following error message while trying to reconnect:

One touch access failed to establish a network connection.

Please check the connection settings"

I am using Nokia PC suite software to connect. 

I just want to know which connection settings are they referring to here?

Hi,

This problem seems to be related to some setting you need to do. This error mainly occurs when the information fields in the settings page of the account settings are not right.

There is some information to be added or deleted or to be changed.

You should fill the settings page properly investigating it according to the phone network connection you are using.

This is the only thing that causes this error. Just having some proper information according to your network provider and filling it in the setting page will surely solve this problem.

INTERNET CONNECTION NOT AVAILABLE ERROR

The reason may be your phone is getting disconnected time to time. Please re-install your PC suit or you can download an updated PC suit from Nokia website.
 

If the problem is not over then you can 'Master Reset' your phone. Be careful your phone is not too hot..

Dear Abner,

This is the common error during internet use by nokia Mobile PC suite. This can happen for the following reason.

1)  If the network of the operator isn’t good.

2)  When the carrier of mobile operator is not matched.

3)  When the SIM card has no internet package.

This can be eliminated by a re-install of software but I suggest you use Nokia Suite it’s a very good software for Mobile to PC internet connection.
