Intern in need of a Baan system manual!

Hi!

Does anyone know where I can find a Baan system manual? I've just been hired as an intern in a manufacturing company and I am not familiar with the Baan ERP system. I need to learn how to move from one active field to another and make sure that  both field synchronizes. I am really in need of help. Thanks!
