Intellisync Address Books fails to setup

Hi there, experts,

I am fed up seeing the error message “No available message stores.” whenever I try to setup Address Book from Intellisync.

Need a solution. Please help me solve this. Thanks in advance.

Intellisync Address Books fails to setup

Hello Rypatterson,

This looks like a MAPI32 (Messaging Application Programming Interface, 32 bit build) problem to me. all you have to do is to locate it in the c drive (c:windowssystem32) and rename it with MAPI32.dll.old and double click the file named FIXMAPI.exe which will create another MAPI32.dll file which you can see after REFRESHING the window it's kind of reset the changed made by other applications. Now you can go and install the application without the errors. Hope it helps you to solve the issue.
