Hello experts,

Why am I getting the following error message when I try to convert some video files in virtual dub?

I have tried many different video files but every time it gave me the same error message.

Can I get any way to resolve this issue?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Video Compression Error: The source image format is not acceptable. (error code -2)

Failed to convert some video files in virtual dub

This error happens when you resize the frame to a dimension that is not compatible with the compression codec. For instance, you resize 720 x 480 DVD video to 689 x 480. An error will then display because XVid codec does not accept odd frame heights or widths. Try to resize using the preset sizes.
