I am struggling with this unknown error, not able to find the cause of this error message. For your information the operating system is Windows 8 64 bit and 1 GB RAM. And of course it’s an Intel processor, then why I am getting this error? I googled this error and checked the drivers and BIOS are they are updated. Please help.

Though Windows 8 64-bit is supported, I’m not sure if your processor is compatible with Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager. This application is not recommended for non-Intel processors like AMD because it’s designed only for Intel processors like the one you have. But even if you have an Intel processor, it will still not work if your processor lacks the required features.
Your Intel processor should include support for Execute Disable Bit [XD], VT-x, and EM64T. To check the capabilities, functionalities, and features of your Intel processor, visit Intel Product Information. Try downloading the installer again from Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager. Don’t download the hotfix for Windows 8.1 if you are not running Microsoft Windows 8.1.
Once the file has been downloaded, extract the installer from the ZIP file and run the setup file.
