I have encountered the problem that I haven't any kind of MS Office 2003 installed in my computer. Rather I have to only work with MS Word 2007.

If setup didn’t start automatically, start Windows Explorer then right-click your optical drive or the Microsoft Office 2003 CD and select “Explore.” Locate “Setup.exe” on the CD and double-click it to start setup. After setup starts, click to cancel setup and then exit setup.

The reason for doing this is that setup fixes the error condition when it is first invoked that’s why you don’t have to complete the setup program. You may encounter this error on Microsoft Office 2003 or Microsoft Office 2007.
