Install dell web central apps

Hello,

To setup Dell Webcam Central apps, I have tried setup.exe. But it doesn’t work. Usually from my knowledge setup.exe is the only way to set up. Appreciate your help to let me know how to setup Dell Webcam Central.

Install dell web central apps

I think you didn’t install the right software in you laptop. At first download it from here:

http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe

Then try to install it. Hope it will work. Feel free to ask any kind of question. I think very problem has a solution definitely.

Hello,

Well, this shouldn't happen but anyway, you can download the drivers from the Dell web site, look I for software update. Or simply log in to dell's software and update. From where you can get all the desired items. Problem like this normally get solved with reinstallation process. However check the compatibility factor of you computer as well. It would have been better if you had mentioned the name of the OS of your system.

However second thing that you can do is go to –> Control panel and click on device manager —> click Imaging device. Check there is everything is ok, like drivers, from here you can get the good view of you device. And don't forget check any new version.
