Input file is not supported by Microsoft(R) Office PowerPoint Error Message

Hello!

I have recently upgraded from windows xp to windows 7 operating system as well as also upgraded Microsoft office to version 10, and now I am facing the problem with NERO 11 which I was recently upgraded from 10 version as at the time of importing the Power Point Representations I am getting the error message as in figure below and I am confident that the files are not damaged as used same for the previous so kindly provide me the solution for this problem.

There is no system incompatibility issue between your operating system and Nero 11. Nero 11 supports Windows XP Service Pack 3 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit Service Pack 1 and later, and Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate 32-bit and 64-bit. I think the problem is between Nero 11 and Microsoft Office 2010 which doesn’t work well with each other.

Since you both upgraded these 2 applications, try downgrading one of them. Uninstall Microsoft Office 2010 then install the previous version. After the installation, try importing again some of the PowerPoint Presentations to Nero 11 and see if the import will be successful. If it still doesn’t and Nero 11 still gives off an error, downgrade it as well back to its previous version, Nero 10.
