Incredimail Registration Code is Invalid

Hi. I purchased Incredimail and tried to install it on my Windows XP PC.

When I entered my registration code, I received an error saying that it is invalid.

I typed the code correctly for few times now but the error still exists.

How can I fix this?

I posted a screenshot of the error.

Please help.

Incredimail Registration Code is Invalid

You may have entered an incorrect Registration Code from the confirmation email.

Try copying and pasting it. 

Is this the first time you have installed Incredimail on this computer?

Since this is an online purchase the only way to fix it is to contact Incredimail directing.

They will check and reset the Registration Code for you.

Incredimail Registration Code is Invalid

Hello Kelly,

You are getting the following error due to these reasons given below:

1. The Registration code you are entering has already been used.

2. The Registration code you are trying to enter has spelling mistake. If it involves numbers please do not mix 0 with O.

3. The Registration code link may be expired or has been de-activated by the technical support team due to some reasons.

Now What you can do in this situation is that, contact the support team and generate the ticket online with high severity if they have the option.

They will solve your problem within 24 hours. You can also email them about the registration code.

They will help you out.
