Impossible Plans For Google To Track Calories In The Body?

Is it a mission impossible when Google says they are making plans to be able to track the calories in the body via a photograph? They intend to use the camera of smartphones to capture the image and with the aid of an app it hopes to define or reveals you calories intake. What are your views on this subject or project considering all other factors and repercussions?
