I was thinking of developing web and mobile applications in Microsoft Silverlight by implementing status line Silverlight 3.0 in the user control page. How will I do it?

Hello,
It is very easy….. You need to take some step.

1st…
Go to your Control panel & click windows update. Then click change update Setting & keep it as Automatic update (recommended)

2nd… 
Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4205 Then download the Microsoft Silverlight software & install the software. You need to run after install the software. It will automatically develop.
