Image editing gifs de 64×64?

Hi Experts,

I am having a image to be edited.I need step by step instructions on gifs de 64×64.Although I edit it I need to keep the aspect ratio which is 64×64 dimension.I tried microsoft  image editor but need any advance image editing softwares.List me such softwares.Thanks.

There are so many kind of image editing software available in the market. You can also collect any one of them. In line with Microsoft Image Editor you may go through this software. Image editing gifs de 64×64?

I have a suggestion regarding this matter. Adobe photoshop can do many things when it comes to editing. It is more user friendly and reliable because I am using this too when I want to edit something specially when it comes to pictures whether it is gif. , png. or jpeg.
