Good day! I was updating my graphics firmware when I got this alert.

How come it is not supported? It's an update right?

Hello.

The graphic firmware that you are trying to update is not supported with your operating system.

May be the previous version is supported but some updates do not support old operating systems.

Try to contact your service provider for help and support.

May be there might be an issue with the hardware compatibility

This firmware upgrade type The apple company particularly provides with the issues some video cards on iMac methods have been causing in.

·         Choose About this MAC from the APPLE menu.

·         Now click on More info.

·         Open hardware section to analyze the Model Identifier and boot, SMC versions.
