What is firewall detection? What could be some legitimate reasons to detect the presence of a firewall on your computer? How can you detect the presence of a firewall in your system? What is a false positive in context of a firewall? What is a false negative in the same context?
If your web pages dont open up,check your firewall detection
Firewall is a network security system which controls the outgoing and incoming traffic in the computer system. Firewall acts as the barrier between your trusted network and another insecure network. To check whether your firewall is currently enabled or not, go to control panel>>system and security>>click on firewall. If you see a green check mark, your firewall is enabled. A false positive is an event signaling an IDS which is used to produce an alarm when no type of attack has occurred. False negative raises no alarm when attack takes place.
