Good day Edward

What usually work for me is, that I downloaded my email on my pc, i.e hotmail, yahoo, etc. The email client i`m using is microsoft outlook which is common in most pc`s.

When you open outlook go to file, info, account settings, click on the data files tab, highlight your "Personal folder" and "open file location". This will open the location, where the file is stored. This you can use as a backup file of your email. What i do is copy the file to a different folder. Do this once a week to backup your mail. You can restore the email by clicking on the backed up file or go file, open, import the data file that is backed up.

Another way is to get a pst recovering tool, if you already lost mail. This will recover all the email you`ve lost. I recommend this software , because i`ve used it before.

hope you find this useful

Hi,

Hi Edward,

You don’t worry about that you have a resolution here click on this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/18614/windows-essentials or to download and install windows Live mail software .After install this software open the program and type your account name and your password. Windows Live mail will do the rest to find your account info and begin downloading messages. Wait a few seconds and all your Hotmail messages will be downloaded into its specific folder, such as Inbox, sent items, deleted items and so on. Now there are on your hard drive rather than on the website so you will be able to archive your messages onto a recordable disc or external drive.  . Following are more links.
